  I give to The UCI Foundation, located in Irvine, California, ____________ % of the residue of my estate (for the support of ____________ ) or (to establish the ____________ fund) or (for its general purposes).
  
  
• Dollar Amount:
  I give to The UCI Foundation, located in Irvine, California, the sum of $ ______________ (for the support of _____________ ) or (to establish the _____________ fund) or (for its general purposes).
  
  
• Specific Property:
  I give to The UCI Foundation located in Irvine, California, my interest in (describe the property and exact location) (for the support of _____________ ) or (to establish the ____________ fund) or (for its general purposes).
  

You can direct The Foundation to use the principal for current needs or to use the income only (endowment) to support a variety of programs. Your bequest can be unrestricted as to its use, or restricted for a specific purpose, such as for scholarships/fellowships, building funds or equipment purposes. The gift can be allocated to the main campus or the UCI Medical Center.
